BACK to the BASICS...
- We will focus on bettering technique, in order to develop improved stroke
efficiency, build strength, reduce drag and prevent injuries.
- Instruction will move at a pace that allows the swimmer to slow down and
implement modifications correctly before trying to do it at full speed.
- Drills and teaching methods encourage swimmers to focus on specific skills.
- The more you execute a bad habit, the harder it becomes to change…

DAILY SCHEDULE
- 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Three pool sessions
- Class sessions reviewing topics
such as goal-setting, nutrition & race strategy
- Dry-land exercises & games
- Bring a lunch, drink, sunscreen & sneakers
