Competition Pool
The Competition Pool is 50 meters long by 25 yards wide (Olympic Size). From dawn til dusk, this
pool is available to lap swimmers, the Swim Team, Masters Swim Team and special events. Daily lane changes allow for both long (8 lanes) and short (20 lanes) courses. The pool is heated to 81 degrees.
Recreational Pool
The Recreational Pool, which is located next to the Competition Pool, is 50 meters long by 25 yards wide
(Olympic Size). This multi-purpose pool is heated to a warm 87 degrees.
 The shallow end, measuring a depth
of 3’6", provides the perfect environment for swim lessons, family swim and shallow water aerobics fitness
classes.
The middle section is divided by lane lines, which are reserved for lap swimming, private swim
lessons, Stringrays and Mantarays practice, and more. The dive well, located at the south side, reaches
depths of 17’. The dive well is equipped with dive platforms at five, seven, and ten meters, and has six
spring boards, including two three meter boards. The Dive Team, Masters Dive Team, dive lessons, deep water
aerobics fitness classes and other groups use this area.
Therapy Pool
The Therapy Pool provides innovative warm water exercise programs to help those recovering from accidents and strokes,
as well as reduce suffering from arthritis (this affects 1 in 3 persons), back pain (a leading cause of disability),
canver, osteoporosis, obesity, paralysis, chronic joint pain, disc problems, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders and many
other debilitating conditions. The Pool is the only pool of its kind, heated to 91 degrees, featuring a shallow end
of 3'6" and a deep end at 6', and is open daily to the public for therapeutic independent exercise, classes, special
programs and demonstrations.
Food and Beverage
Food and Beverage is located just inside the Center’s main entrance, to the right of the front desk.
Open daily,
Food and Beverage offers a variety of healthy snacks including: smoothies, a sandwich bar for making fresh sandwiches,
fresh salads, yogurt and more. Beverages will include freshly brewed coffee, water and soda. A full menu coming soon.
Aquatics Pro Shop
The Aquatics Pro Shop is located just inside the Center, to the left of the Center’s front desk.
The Pro Shop is fully
stocked with swimwear, Rose Bowl Aquatics Center team apparel, swim supplies and accessories for all ages and swimming
abilities.

100 provided.
- One smaller conference room with sweeping views of the Rose Bowl and Brookside Park.
