Yoga For Balance and Flexibility: “Yoga for balance and flexibility” (Kris) Learn how to create the mind/body connection one breath at a time. Moving at a moderate pace, practicing standing poses helps to build strength and balance. Stretching with the use of props creates flexibility. This class is designed for all levels.
Yoga Gentle Flow Level I: A moderately paced class that explores the postures and specific alignment features as the class gradually builds to a breath to breath movement with strong encouragement to move at your own pace. Inversions are guided with many options for those who are just starting a yoga practice and not ready to do a free standing headstand in the middle of the room.
Yoga Gentle Level I: Great class for the Yoga curious, those just starting a Yoga practice, Pre & Post Natal, Seniors and those who have injuries and special needs. This is a slow paced class that puts a lot of focus on breath work, relaxation and structure of basic postures. This class may require many different types of props to make all the postures and it's benefits accessible for everyone. This class maybe challenging to the beginner and a little more restorative for the advanced.
Yoga Blend: Blend of Yoga styles. Each class varies depending on who is teaching and who is in the room.
Hatha Yoga: This class is taught in a traditional Hatha style, incorporating salutations, strength poses, balance poses and deep stretching. Expect to find physical challenge combind with a deep sense of relaxation by the end of the class.
Classic Hatha Yoga (all levels): Classic Hatha Yoga incorporates traditional postures with a modern sense of alignment and structure. Classes flow through standing poses as well as work on the mat with focus on proper form. Suitable for all levels.
*We provide blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters. We do have mats but recommend you invest into a mat of your own primarily for personal hygiene reasons.
Private Sessions: $85 single session $75 5 sessions or more
