CrossFit is an amazing program for anyone seeking to improve their fitness, increase their athletic performance and change their bodies. CrossFit classes are intense, competitive, fun and full of surprises. Because they are high intensity and require some knowledge of the movements we do, we require new clients to do one of two things.

Purchase the CrossFit starter pack which includes 4 private coaching sessions and a month of CrossFit or you can do a month of our CrossFit Boot Camp (3 days a week or more) where you will learn all the basics to join the main CrossFit classes.


CrossFit Group Classes The majority of our programming consists of these mixed level classes.


CrossFit Boot Camp Our "ramp up" program for our main CrossFit classes, where we teach all the basic movements and tenants of CrossFit, is a little more relaxed and in a less competitive atmosphere. If you are just beginning your fitness journey or coming back from injury or extended hiatus, and enjoy a group dynamic, this is the program for you.


Nutritional Coaching This will be addressed on the website, in classes and through private coaching.


Team Training We offer team based CrossFit training. Contact us for more information.


Personal Training These services include a full assessment, workouts tailored to your needs and nutritional counseling. You don’t have to be a member to take advantage of this opportunity.

6 sessions $480 ($80 per hour)  
12 sessions $900 ($75 per hour)  
24 sessions $1680 ($70 per hour)  

CrossFit membership includes general membership to the Aquatics Center ($60 value).
Current RBAC members can add unlimited CrossFit Classes for $140.


Trainers Our CrossFit certified coaches lead by example and encouragement, motivating and inspiring you toward your fitness goals. Focusing on form and technique, our trainers safely guide participants toward a new healthier lifestyle. Work-outs are tailored to individual fitness levels, allowing participants from all backgrounds to succeed.
